Customer Service For Your Team 

We are available by email and online chat,  Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can expect a very quick response to any gift voucher related queries from our experienced team, whether you have a question about the system or you need assistance answering a guest query.

Branded Online Shop 

The design of your branded online shop is included in your set up fee. The addition of all your gift voucher listings is also included. This includes monetary vouchers in denominations of your choice, as well as package vouchers, like afternoon tea.

Personalised & Branded e-vouchers

Included in the set up fee, we will work with our designers to create a unique e-voucher template which includes your brand colours, images and logo. Your guests can choose to send e-vouchers directly to the recipient, or to their own email address to print and gift.

Security and Redemptions

We understand the importance of ensuring the security of gift vouchers. All vouchers produced have a unique barcode. This can be entered into our redemption system so you can check the status of the voucher, ensure it hasn’t been edited or copied and at the click of a button mark it as redeemed.

Reporting

With VFT Classic, you have access to your Vendor Dashboard, where you can see all information about vouchers sold, download copies of vouchers, export reports on sales & redemptions and search for orders to enable you to address guest queries. On a monthly basis, we’ll also send you a sales report, redemption report and commission report.

Non-Redemption 

Because we remit the value of your gift vouchers (minus fees and commission) on a monthly basis, rather than when they are redeemed, you receive the full revenue upside of “non-redemption” i.e. vouchers purchased but never exchanged for services in your business.

Set Up Fee

A one off, low fee covers the full set up of your online shop and addition of all gift voucher listings by our operations team. All we need from you is details of what vouchers you want to sell, images for your listings and we’ll do the rest. It also includes the graphic design of your branded e-vouchers.

Monthly Charges

We charge just £25 per month administration fee plus a small %age commission on each gift voucher sale. This covers your monthly invoicing, sales reports, redemption reports and updates you wish to make to your online shop e.g. adding products or changing prices. It also covers the costs involved in keeping our system up to date with the latest security and new features.

Card Processing Fees

Card processing fees are invoiced monthly at cost, and will be itemised for each transaction. Using our secure online payment system means you get the advantage of low processing rates, as we secure the best deal based upon the total turnover of all of our clients annually.
