You can quickly and easily purchase a gift voucher online following these simple steps.
- Select the gift voucher you want to purchase
- Choose the value or number of people you want the voucher to be for
- Add a message (optional)
- Choose whether you want the voucher delivered by email or post and where you want the voucher delivered to
- Choose whether you want the voucher dispatched straight away or on a future date
- Add the voucher to the basket
- If you want to add another voucher, click “return to voucher shop” at the top of the screen
- If you are finished, simply click the cart button
- In the final screen you will enter your billing details and then your card details to complete your order
We dispatch orders by post Monday to Friday (excluding Scottish public holidays). Orders received before 12pm are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
Royal Mail 1st Class
Royal Mail aims to deliver next working day but it is not guaranteed. There is no tracking included for this method of delivery.
Royal Mail 1st Signed For
Royal Mail aims to deliver next working day but is not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking code to trace your order and it must be signed for at the delivery address.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm)
Special Delivery orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only, and orders must be received before 12pm. Orders are guaranteed to arrive on the next working day by 1pm. These orders will require a signature at the delivery address.
Orders received on a Friday before 12pm will be dispatched and may arrive on Saturday but are not guaranteed to arrive until Monday.
Once dispatched, you will receive details of how to track your order by email.

E vouchers will be sent to the chosen email address automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a future date has been chosen, the voucher will be sent at 8am on that date. You can choose to have the voucher sent to you, or to have it sent directly to the recipient.
Occasionally vouchers can be marked as spam or junk by some email providers. If the voucher has not arrived, please check that folder. The sender will be “email@example.com”
The email will contain a link which will take you to a PDF document that can be printed for use by the recipient.
This option is not available online, however, if you contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 0141 301 1171 we can let you know costs for vouchers to be dispatched to a non-UK address and process the order on your behalf.
E vouchers will be sent by email and accessed through a link. You will then have a PDF to print and gift which has the voucher, the message you specified and a description of the voucher and how to use it all printed on it. The e-vouchers are designed to be folded into thirds.
Postal vouchers will arrive in a luxury gift wallet with information on the hotel, gift voucher and how to use it. Some hotels include a brochure of their hotels/services.
FOR POSTAL VOUCHERS – If you think your order has been lost in the post, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number. We can then cancel the original voucher and reissue it to you.
If you have chosen a tracked service, please trace the order with the tracking code which has been emailed to you by visiting www.royalmail.com
FOR E VOUCHERS – Occasionally our emails land in junk folders or are marked as spam. Please check your junk folder. E vouchers will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org with the sender name being that of the hotel. If you still do not have your e voucher please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we can forward this onto you.
We dispatch postal orders Monday to Friday. If your order is placed before 12pm it is guaranteed to be dispatched the same working day. See delivery options above for specific dispatch times in relation to different delivery options.
E vouchers are automatically sent on purchase, please check your junk mail folder.
Vouchers can be requested to be sent on a future date. Postal vouchers will be dispatched on the date specified. E-vouchers will be sent at 8am on the chosen date.
You can use our future date dispatch option to choose a specific dispatch date to coincide with a special event by using the “Dispatch on a future date” option and pop up calendar on the voucher page. E vouchers will be sent at 8am on the chosen day. Postal orders will be dispatched on the date requested.
A delivery date for postal vouchers is not guaranteed unless you specifically choose a guaranteed service. Please see “delivery options – post” for more information.
Once you have added the first voucher to the cart, simply press the “return to shop” button above the image on the voucher page, and that will take you back to the gift voucher shop for that hotel. Once you have added all the vouchers you require, proceed to the check out to choose further options and pay for the vouchers.

We can refund your order for whatever reason until 14 days after the order date. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can assist you. Out with this timescale, refunds are at the discretion of each individual hotel and you should contact them directly.
Unfortunately, once your gift voucher has expired it cannot be used. Extensions to the validity of a voucher are at the discretion of the individual hotel and they should be contacted directly with any query of this type.
Sometimes people send a gift voucher and forget to add their name to the message, please contact us at email@example.com with the order number located under the expiry date and we can find out who purchased the voucher for you.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0141 301 1171 and let us know who purchased the voucher for you, approximately when it was purchased and any other information you may have e.g. the order number. We can then arrange to have the voucher cancelled and reissued, as long as it hasn’t already been used.
Reservations with each hotel must be made directly with them and we highly recommend doing this as far in advance as possible. The voucher must be presented at the hotel when you wish to redeem it. E-vouchers must be printed before visiting the hotel.
Monetary vouchers can be used as full or part-payment for any service your chosen hotel provides. Full details will be found on each voucher listing under the description tab. Monetary vouchers can be part-redeemed and used on one or more occasions within the original validity.
