Inver Lodge

Inver Lodge is located on a hillside overlooking a sea inlet in Scotland’s North West Highlands. It has dramatic views of mountains, moorland and sea and offers guests a tranquil retreat in an area filled with outstanding natural beauty. Receive a warm Scottish welcome by the roaring log fire in the lounge and get ready to explore some of the most unspoiled land in Scotland.

The 21 rooms of Inver Lodge all enjoy the same spectacular sea view. The most exclusive room in the hotel is the Iolaire Suite which boasts panoramic sea views, a walk in shower and real log fire. The executive rooms in the hotel come with extra space such as a dining table and sitting area. The Suliven room also has French doors which open out onto the front lawn. All rooms are beautifully styled with a Scottish touch and include a full Scottish breakfast.

Dining at Inver Lodge is a true delight. The Chez Roux restaurant is overseen by legendary French chef Albert Roux who has described the food as, “Hearty country cooking using all the wonderful products from the sea, which is literally at the doorstep.”. The kitchen endeavours to use the freshest and most local food which is why the menu changes frequently. A sample of some of the dishes on offer are…
Locally Sourced Langoustines with Celeriac Veloute, Smoked Pancetta and Salmon Roe,
Long Braised Peelham Farm Pork Belly, Spring Vegetables, Potato Puree, Calvados Apples,
Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse, Rhubarb Compote.

Inver Lodge seamlessly blends the spectacular natural environment with the luxurious facilities and excellent cuisine making it one of the best hotels in the Scottish Highlands. You can make this hotel the perfect gift with a wide range of gift vouchers available online. From a delightful afternoon tea to a three course dinner all prepared by the Chez Roux kitchen. Monetary gift vouchers are also available. All this makes Inver Lodge the perfect gift for Christmas or any other upcoming occasion.
