A Winning Night for Scotland’s Luxury Hotels

 

 

Monday night was the highlight of the year in the hospitality industry as the AA Hospitality Awards took place in London.

The awards were held at the stunning Park Lane hotel, JW Grosvenor House, and were attended by hoteliers, restauranteurs, and media. The beautiful setting was accompanied by dinner prepared by Midsummer Kitchen, which holds two Michelin stars, and was hosted by comedian and actor Hugh Dennis. The night resulted in great success for Inverlochy Castle and Cromlix, both managed by Inverlochy Castle Management International, who won awards for their restaurants and hospitality.

 

Inverlochy Castle won three AA Rosettes for its Albert and Michel Roux Jr restaurant overseen by the legendary father and son who produce the most exquisite food combining French and Scottish styles. Guests can dine on a 6-course tasting menu with carefully selected paired wines as well as a delightful afternoon tea menu with the option of a glass of Albert Roux’s Rosé Champagne. Cromlix, near Dunblane, also won three AA Rosettes for its Chez Roux restaurant, run by Albet Roux. Guests dine in the large conservatory, overlooking the extensive grounds, with an open kitchen to see the chefs at work while they enjoy the exquisite food.
